A one-year program focused on coaching, didactics, and feedback that will challenge you to create strategy and goals to grow as a leader.

Hybrid-4 in-person full days; 8 sessions are 4.5 hours online, once a month, March 2024 – February 2025.

Time Commitment

1. 4.5 hours per month meeting as a group-meeting virtually on Zoom
2. 1 Coaching Session per month (45) minutes
3. Meeting with your Homework Partner and Connecting with other Team members (at your discretion each week) typically 30-60 minutes per week
4. Homework: Reading and Stretch Goals; 2 hours per month reading the book or watching the didactics and 1 hour per month working on my Stretch Goal or preparing for a Work Group if you have one that month.
