The Working Genius assessment is 20% personality and 80% productivity. People who understand their genius show up to work happier, are more effective, and play well with others. How It Works

TAKE THE INDIVIDUAL ASSESSMENT

Each team member completes a 15-minute online assessment via a link provided by Gilbert Fugitt Executive Leadership Coaching and Consulting. The assessment identifies each individual’s two “working geniuses”, two “working competencies”, and two “working frustrations.”

INDIVIDUAL DEBRIEF

A report is emailed to each team member, with a copy to Gilbert Fugitt Executive Leadership Coaching and Consulting. Each team member receives an individual debrief to test and understand the results.

PRE-WORKSHOP DEBRIEF WITH LEADER

The leader receives an individual and team leadership debrief session as well as an overview of what to expect during the facilitated workshop or retreat.

TEAM WORKSHOP

A “Team Map” showing the strengths and gaps in team effectiveness is generated for presentation during the team session. The team receives a lively and interactive session on how to leverage this profound model for better success both individually and as a team.

Facilitated team dialogue on past and present work projects
4-hour facilitated workshop with the entire team
